Annual General Meeting - Have your say

The Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Tuesday 30 April 2019 at 2pm at The Queen's Stand, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Epsom Downs, Surrey KT18 5LQ.

This meeting is an opportunity to have your say in the way both National Counties Building Society and Family Building Society are run. Your views are important to us.

How to vote

There are three ways to vote:

  • Online
  • By post, or
  • Attend the AGM in person.

If you are not attending the AGM in person, then your vote must be received by no later than 5pm on 26 April 2019.
If you have any questions about voting or the AGM, please call our Customer Service Team on our dedicated number: 03300 244619. The opening hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 5.30pm, and Saturday: 9am - 12 noon, excluding Bank Holidays.

Voting online

To vote online you will need the unique login and PIN details as printed on your proxy form or for those members who have registered to receive their AGM notification electronically, on the email we recently sent you.
 

VOTE NOW

The online voting website is available 24 hours a day until 5pm on 26 April 2019. Votes received after this date will not be counted.

Donation to charity
For each online vote we receive we’ll donate 25p to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The charity supports the work of The Royal Marsden, the world-leading cancer centre, at its sites in Sutton and Chelsea.

Would you like to receive future AGM voting packs by email?
If you'd like to register to receive future AGM packs by email you can do so on our voting website by providing your email address. Please note, by providing your email address this will not affect the way in which you receive other communications from us. If the email address you supply differs from the email address we already hold for you, we will delete the previous email address held for you unless you instruct us otherwise. If for any reason we are unable to use your email address to send your AGM pack, we will send you a copy in the post instead.  

Voting by post

Please complete and sign the AGM proxy voting form that has been sent to you and then return it to us in the pre-paid envelope provided. It must arrive no later than 5pm on 26 April 2019.

Voting in person

As a member of our Society you’re invited to join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year our AGM is on Tuesday 30 April at 2pm at the Queen’s Stand, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Epsom Downs, Surrey KT18 5LQ.
