The Society has a number of subsidiaries within the group, principal of which is Hampshire Trust which was acquired in 2006.
Hampshire Trust is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Counties Building Society. Based in Fareham, Hampshire, the Bank was founded some 30 years ago by solicitors, two of whom remain as Executive Directors. The Bank's premises, Fareham House, are situated in the historic High Street of Fareham, which is part of the Old Town. Fareham House is a Georgian building that has been sympathetically restored and refurbished, yet incorporating the latest technology.
The Bank prides itself in providing a service which combines traditional and professional standards with the ability to respond at speed and with flexibility to the ever changing demands of the niche banking areas in which it operates.
