ISA subscription deadlines
Please note, if you wish to top-up an existing ISA for the 2016/2017 tax year, your funds must reach us by Wednesday 5 April to allow time for processing. You can top-up using a debit card via the Online Service until 4.30pm on Wednesday 5 April, but top-ups by Faster Payment or CHAPS (telegraphic transfers) must be sent from your bank account by Tuesday 4 April. Please allow sufficient time for any required documentation to be received by us in the post by Tuesday 4 April. If you have not yet made a subscription in this tax year or are unsure whether you have, you should contact us first to check whether a renewal form is required to meet HMRC regulations.

If you wish to open a new ISA for the 2016/17 tax year, we must receive your signed application and supporting documentation by Tuesday 4 April.  Online applications for new ISAs will be suspended from close of business on Thursday 30 March 2017.

Online applications and top-ups for the 2017/2018 tax year will be available from 00.01am on Thursday 6 April.
