The characters of both your password and memorable data are case sensitive, this means that you will need to enter each of these exactly the same way as at the time you selected them i.e. capital letters and / or lower case.


Forgotten password or memorable data

If you have forgotten your password or memorable data please click here and follow the on screen instructions, choosing the relevant menu tab option - reset login details (you will need to have one of your account numbers, which has already been registered for the Online Service, to hand).

You will be sent a new activation letter within two to four days. If you do not activate your Online Service within 28 days of your original, or any subsequent registration requests, access will not be allowed and you will need to re-register by returning to the welcome page and click the link 'to register', as if for the first time, and follow the on screen instructions. You will be sent a new activation letter within two to four days.

Suspended from the Online Service

If, after three attempts of entering your password and / or memorable data, you haven't been able to gain access to the Online Service, it will be suspended.

To reactivate your Online Service account you will need to click here and follow the on screen instructions, choosing the relevant menu tab option - reset login details (you will need to have one of your account numbers, which has already been registered for use online, to hand). You will be sent a new activation letter within two to four days.
