As a mutual organisation, run for the benefit of its Members, National Counties is the UK's largest single office building society and provides a professional service to over 50,000 customers throughout England and Wales. We are mainly concerned with savings accounts and mortgages. In 2014 we launched the Family Building Society, which also offers savings accounts and mortgages. We also offer insurance products on behalf of our partners.

Around 150 staff work at our office headquarters in Epsom, Surrey and we are regularly looking for professional individuals to join departments such as Human Resources, Savings / Mortgage Account Service Team, New Business Team, Loans Underwriting, Member Accounts, Marketing and Finance.
